Police reports, including complaint verification, incident, and vehicle crash (accident) reports, can be obtained either in person or via U.S. Mail. Wilkes-Barre Twp. Police Records Department 150 Watson Street Wilkes-Barre PA 18702 Reports can be obtained in person, Monday -Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding normal holidays. Fees for reports are as follows: Vehicle crash reports - $15.00 Complaint Reports - $5.00 Incident Reports* - $15.00 We do not process requests for reports or payment of parking tickets or traffic citations via the internet. Parking tickets can be paid at Police Headquarters 24 hours a day. If a receipt is required payment must be made Monday - Friday, 8am to 4 pm (excluding normal holidays). Payments for traffic citations can only be accepted at: Magisterial District Court 11-3-07 240 Johnson Street Wilkes-Barre PA 18702 Phone: (570) 825-8671 Monday - Friday 8am to 3:30pm (excluding normal holidays).
