Patch Request Form

Effective immediately, for obvious security reasons, we will only trade with or sell our patch to other law enforcement personnel. A business card or copy of department  ID is required. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are trading your patch for one of ours, please complete the requested information below and send it to the address as noted. We will send you ours immediately.

If you would like to purchase our patch, the cost is $7.50 (includes shipping and handling). Be sure to complete the information request below. Print the screen or send us your return address.
